The Producer
Elia Lorayne Rosas, born in Chiriquí, grew up immersed in the world of coffee, continuing the legacy of her grandfather and father. With a strong academic background and extensive experience, her leadership is essential in the management and production of the farm. Under her direction, Finca Lorayne has become an example of female empowerment in coffee farming, promoting gender equality and creating opportunities for women in the sector, thus becoming a prominent figure in the Boquete region.
Elia actively participates in all processes, from supervising the planting and maintenance of the coffee plantations to the purchase and export of the coffee, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality. Furthermore, in her management she prioritises the wellbeing of the Ngäbe Buglé community, reinforcing social commitment and sustainability at every stage of production.
